A comprehensive, integrated facility was proposed to deliver carer’s accommodation as well as other services (clinical, community and ancillary) required to support the hospital campus.

It was the role of Health Engineering and Health Operations to determine the exact size and scope of services through research, stakeholder consultation, demand and service profiling.
